We’re gonna be introducing our first ever Constraint-Led Approach (CLA) Class on Fridays at 6:30pm. Bring Gi or Nogi.
What is CLA?
In Jiu-Jitsu, CLA stands for the Constraints-Led Approach. It is a modern coaching method where instructors use specific rules, limits, and game-like scenarios to organically discover solutions.
