Uh oh! You ate too much. Now what do you do? 🤔

First step is to forgive yourself! 🤗 Whether it was a day, an unplanned meal or a weekend, don’t beat yourself up over it. We’re human, we make mistakes, and hey, it’s perfectly ok to enjoy yourself. The worst you can do is adopt a “f*ck it” mentality and throw all your work out the window.

Second step is to get back to your normal clean eating and workout routine! No need to do endless amounts of cardio or a juice cleanse to “make up for it”. Rather, be kind to your body, fuel it and approach yourself with love. I promise you a day or weekend of indulgence isn’t a big deal in the grand scheme of things!

Women and girls don’t simply decide to hate their bodies, we teach them to. I used to hate my body and this led me to make decisions I would have handled very differently today.

I workout because I love my body, not because I hate it. I eat healthy because I love my body, not because I hate it. If there’s any part of you which makes you feel uncomfortable, think twice about why you feel this way. The healthiest way you’ll become your best self, is by loving yourself first. Once you embrace your unique body type, you can make the improvements you want in a positive way.

Una vez que aceptes que tienes un cuerpo único, puedes trabajar en crear tu mejor versión de forma positiva.

1. Smashed avocado on whole grain toast, hard boiled eggs, aleppo pepper, sesame seeds & honey🥑

2. Then I made this (with lots of TJs ingredients): traderjoes whole grain Ekeziel bread topped with avocado smashed with za’atar & a soft-boiled egg🥑

3. Back home for break 🤗 with this little toast: balthazarbakery’s multigrain sourdough, smashed avo, soft-boiled eggs, honey, aleppo pepper & caraway seeds 🥑

4. On my toast: smashed avocado, soft-boiled eggs, tahini, chili flakes & honey on traderjoes whole grain sourdough 🥑🥑

5. Morning toast: Smashed avocado with baked spicy salmon (yes I put cooked salmon on my toast, yes it was cold, yes it tasted delicious) & a poached egg with dill & chili flakes🔥

DAIRY FREE BAKED STUFFED SPINACH and RICOTTA SALMON! Swipe to see the close up. SO delicious!!!! Stuffed salmon today and it was so simple and a major game changer. Paired this with my last piece of sweet potato toast topped with avocado 🥑 and cucumber noodles with tomatoes, dill, parsley, red pepper flakes and a tahini drizzle. Hope you’re all having an amazing weekend. •


Deets: sweet potato toast with avocado and h**p seeds, wild salmon...sauté some spinach with garlic and toss with dairy free ricotta) cut a pocket in the middle of the salmon and stuff the filling And Brush with olive oil and season with salt plus herbs of Provence then bake on 400 for about 12-15 minutes depending on thickness. Serve with spiralized cucumber and tomatoes with dill and tahini. •

Snack 2: ¼ cup hummus with baby carrots (1 blue, 1 green)

Avocado Feta Corn Salad


So much creaminess and flavor! This avocado corn salad is a light, yet satisfying meal filled with corn, tomatoes, feta, basil, and cucumber. Avocado brings just the right amount of creaminess while basil creates a fresh contrast.

Garlic Butter Chicken and Green Beans Skillet😍🤤 .
Recipe by

Ingredients
3 – 6 skinless, boneless chicken thighs
1 pound (450g) green beans, trimmed
3 tablespoons butter, divided or (ghee for paleo diet)
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and fresh cracked pepper
Juice of 1/2 lemon + lemon slices, for garnish
1/2 cup (125ml) chicken stock
1 tablespoon hot sauce (we used Sriracha)
Crushed red chili pepper flakes, optional
1/2 cup fresh chopped parsley
Directions
1. In a small bowl, combine onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Season chicken thighs generously with the spice mixture. Set aside while you prepare green beans.

2. Arrange green beans in a microwave-safe dish with 1/2 cup (125ml) water. Cook in the microwave for 8-10 minutes, until almost done but still crisp.

3. Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a large skillet over medium-low heat. Lay the seasoned chicken thighs in one layer in the skillet. Cook for 5-6 minutes then flip and cook another 5-6 minutes, until cooked through and a cooking thermometer displays 165°F (75°C). If chicken browns too quickly, lower the heat. Adjust timing depending on the thickness. Transfer chicken to a plate and set aside.

4. In the same skillet, lower the heat and melt the remaining tablespoon butter. Add chopped parsley, garlic, red crushed chili pepper flakes, and pre-cooked green beans and cook for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring regularly, until cooked to your liking. Deglaze with lemon juice and chicken stock and reduce the sauce for a couple of minutes, until slightly thickened.

5. Add cooked chicken thighs back to the pan and reheat quickly. Adjust seasoning with pepper and serve the lemon garlic butter chicken thighs immediately, garnished with more crushed chili pepper, fresh parsley, and a slice of lemon if you like. Enjoy!
