What a week! Our team came together at the stunning Fontainebleau in Las Vegas for our annual Summit — three days packed with training, culture, and connection across 24 Hour Fitness.

From high-energy breakout sessions to real conversations about what it means to lead with purpose, this Summit reminded us why our culture is one of our biggest strengths. It's built by the people in this room, and it shows up in every club, every single day.

Huge thank you to everyone who traveled in, showed up fully, and made this Summit one to remember. We're leaving sharper, more aligned, and fired up for what's ahead. 🔥

Working out isn’t just about how you look. It’s about how you feel. 💙
Here’s what a workout actually does for your mind:
✔️ Releases endorphins that boost your mood
✔️ Lowers cortisol, your body’s stress hormone
✔️ Eases symptoms of anxiety and low mood
✔️ Sharpens focus and mental clarity
✔️ Improves sleep quality
✔️ Builds confidence, one rep at a time
Some days, showing up is really about showing up for your mind. That’s what we’re here for. Come move with us today.

In a recent conversation with The LOCAList SD, Tony Riccardi, Senior Regional VP at 24 Hour Fitness, talked about making that first step feel less like the unknown and more like being welcomed home. Warm smiles. Genuine support. A community rooting for you from day one.

If you've been thinking about taking that step, we're here for it. You belong here.
