Could not be happier for my long time member & friend . He just completed walking over 150 miles in 3 weeks. He Said he has never felt stronger in his life. 50 is the new 30 for you. Your consistency and hard work in and out of the gym have gotten you here. So proud of you. This is to many more days of crushing workouts and moving weight.
