1 year ago today, Energize officially became an LLC 💚 even though our doors didn’t open until June, we are feeling sappy about it!

1 year of touring spaces, 1000 Pinterest boards, testing (and returning, and re-ordering) equipment, visiting every studio we could for inspiration, formatting classes, re-formatting classes, lots of cleaning & painting & building equipement…& so much more.

Energize was inspired by preventive medicine & the thought that we can prevent injuries and promote overall wellness by creating a space people actually want to workout in. Because why can’t good movement, cozy spaces, and a warm community vibe all live in the same place?

Thank you for hanging out with us and making this our reality. We loveee this community & we have a lot of mirror selfies to show it! 🧡🤩💪🏻🔥💫🏋🏻‍♀️🙌🏻🧘🏻‍♀️
