Where do I even start… you’ve been doing this for years and somehow still show up every day with the same passion, energy, and patience (seriously… the patience deserves an award 😂).

You’ve not only built strong clients—you’ve built confidence, discipline, and a whole lot of trust. I’m beyond grateful to work alongside you and learn from you. You’ve played a huge role in shaping the trainer (and person) I am today… even if I don’t always admit it 😜

Also let’s be real… if we had a dollar for every time you said “slow it down” or “control the movement,” we’d both be retired by now.

Hope your day is filled with good workouts, good food, and maybe one day where you don’t have to correct anyone’s form… but let’s not get crazy. (JK, it’s what we love) 💕
