The woods have a way of reminding us that we don’t have to carry everything on our own, and that nature is a great teacher.

I like to think about the story of the trees — all of the seasons they’ve witnessed, the storms they’ve weathered, and everything they’ve experienced up to this moment. There is so much strength, resilience, and wisdom in them.

Sometimes I’ll stop along the way to touch a tree that calls to me and offer my gratitude.

To be reminded that we, too, are part of this living, breathing world — and that there is wisdom in slowing down enough to listen. 🌿
