DANCE, DANCE AND MORE DANCE!!

Tonight is our second West Coast Swing class! We are so excited to be sharing more WCS! And remember, no partner needed! We will review from last week then tonight we have some really cool variations for you to try!! COME EARLY FOR THE FREE BEGINNER CLASS FROM 6-6:30!! Regular lesson begins at 6:30. Cost for the regular class is $15 per person.

TOMORROW NIGHT, Dance With Ramon classes start at 6:30pm with more Rumba! Such a great way to connect with new people, keeping that mind sharp and of course getting those bodies moving doing something fun!!

At 7:30pm Mel and Nancy are excited to share some more smooth Night Club!!

No partner needed!!

DANCE WITH RAMON DANCE SOCIAL IS COMING UP THIS SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 20th FROM 2-5PM @ Bodies in Motion!! Come early and learn some fun SAMBA!!

COUNTRY TWO STEP LESSONS COMING UP!!

I can “BEARLY” contain myself as we announce that Mel and I will be teaching popular Country Two Step lessons every other Tuesday evening starting September 22 at 7PM at the newly opened BLACK BEAR BAR & GRILL located between Interlochen and Honor!! Cost of the hour long lesson which includes practice time after the lesson is only $10!!

NO PARTNER IS NEEDED!!

The food is delicious, the appetizers are phenomenal and the dance floor is great!! Come join us and come early for eats!!

Week two of Rumba and Night Club coming up TONIGHT!!

Come join the fun and camaraderie on the dance floor!! Meet new people, keep your minds sharp and get your bodies moving!

Rumba lesson at 6:30pm with Ramon and Night Club with Mel & Nancy at 7:30pm. Come early to practice!

THIS WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 9th starts another series of West Coast Swing at Bodies in Motion!!

FREE half hour beginner crash course at 6PM!

Lesson from 6:30-7:30 ($15 per person or $50 for the month) followed by a half hour of practice music!!

We are looking forward to Dance With Ramon classes starting up THIS Thursday, September 3!!

Ramon will be teaching some great Rumba moves starting at 6:30pm and Mel & Nancy will bring some smooth Night Club to the floor at 7:30pm!
