If you didn't see the email from Mollie we don't have class this week due to the excessive heat. They canceled movies in the park so felt they needed to cancel us too. We'll have makeup classes though!

This is my book. It has nothing to do with martial arts or my class but since I have friends who might see it here I'm sharing :)
It is now available in Kindle and Paperback. It contains adult content so not for the kiddos, but for those who enjoy a steamy romance/fantasy adventure.

Durrell Challenge 2021 Take on the 13K Durrell Challenge to save species from extinction. Through Durrell's work in the wild and at Jersey Zoo we recover wildlife, revive ecosystems and reconnect people to nature.

Shout out a HUGE thank you to the Mollie at the City of Troutdale and all of the wonderful students who showed up to class tonight out at the park! It was SO wonderful to see you all again and the new faces as well! I think we will be out in the park all summer too so it will be FUN!

Alright peeps, next month we are BACK! Watch for the Troutdale Recreation guide when it comes out and sign up! Classes will be outdoors, unless mandates shift we'll still be wearing masks and keeping our distance from each other.
I'm super excited to see you all and hopefully lots of NEW faces as well!

So far no new updates. Stay in touch or reach out to me if you need help practicing until we can all meet together again! Fingers crossed for better opportunities to train soon and thank you to those who have been able to endure some of our odd classes, indoors with masks, outdoors in the cold and Zoom classes! Nothing formal is planned but I'm open to virtual suggestions just drop me a line
