UPSTATE STARS SUMMER CLINIC IS BACK!

Following the success of last summer’s camp, Coach Travis Dillabough is excited to offer a 3-day full-day hockey clinic focused on skill development, competition, and preparing players for the upcoming season.

👥 Birth Years: 2010, 2011, 2012 & 2013

Each day includes:
🏒 Two on-ice training sessions
💪 One workout in the TAHA Gym
🏆 One dryland game session

To ensure quality instruction, maximum repetitions, and individualized coaching, registration will be limited and capped.

Whether you’re looking to sharpen your skills, improve your hockey IQ, or gain an edge heading into the season, this clinic provides a fun, competitive environment with plenty of individual attention.

TAHA Off-Ice Strength & Conditioning Program is Here!

Take your game to the next level this summer with our new off-ice training program designed specifically for hockey players.

Led by Travis Dillabough and Jordan Baum-Sydor, athletes will focus on:

✅ Strength Development
✅ Speed & Agility
✅ Mobility & Injury Prevention
✅ Sport-Specific Conditioning

📅 Starts the week of June 27
📍 TAHA Off-Ice Training Facility
⏰ Monday–Thursday Sessions
👥 Age-Based Training Groups
⚠️ Sessions are capped at 15 athletes to ensure quality instruction.

Game Skills is back!

Building off last year’s successful introduction, this clinic is designed to teach and reinforce tight game situations through hockey IQ-focused drills followed by competitive games that support situational play and decision-making.

This is a great opportunity for players to improve their awareness, compete, and develop skills that translate directly into game action.
