🏀 WEEK 8 | A DIFFERENT VOICE IN THE GYM

There’s something valuable about learning the game from people who have experienced it at different levels and see it through a different lens.

For Week 8, Coach Maguire from RPI stepped into the gym with our girls and shared some of his knowledge of the game. Having coaches from different programs come through this summer has exposed the girls to different teaching styles, perspectives, and ways of approaching basketball.

Seven weeks of showing up, putting in the work, and getting better.

This week, we were excited to have Coach Ziggy from Union College join us in the gym! He brought a great workout, high energy, and challenged the girls to stay locked in and compete through every drill.

At this point in the summer, it’s easy to get comfortable - but these girls continue to come ready to WORK. 💪 The effort, confidence, and competitiveness we’re seeing grow week after week is exactly what these workouts are about.

A huge thank you to Coach Ziggy for spending time with our athletes and bringing something special to Week 7!

7 weeks down. The work continues. 🔥🏀
