We focus on building athletes. Using advanced plyometrics, cardio conditioning, and fast twitch muscle training, we prepare our athletes for the next level of olympic style taekwondo, while continuing to instill a focus on traditional values, work ethic, and respect within the sport/art. Infinity Athletics follows the standards of World Taekwondo and USA Taekwondo. We are affiliated and members of highly accredited Taekwondo organizations such as World Taekwondo, Kukkiwon, USA Taekwondo, AAU Taekwondo, and The United Martial Arts Federation. Our Taekwondo instructors are all certified coaches within the programs associated. Master John Szyhowski is currently continuing his education within the Olympic Program of USA Taekwondo to be one of the highest level certified coaches in the country. Our Yoga instructors all have a minimum of a 200hr YTT certification verified with The Yoga Alliance, and have even more certifications for continuing their education with some specializations such as BUTI Yoga, The original hot 26, Youth Yoga, and Power Yoga!

Next stop: 2026 AAU Junior Olympics & Team Trials!

These athletes have put in countless hours on the mats, pushed through tough training sessions, and earned the opportunity to compete on one of the biggest stages in AAU Taekwondo. We couldn’t be more proud of the hard work, discipline, and dedication they’ve shown throughout the season.

Each athlete has their own journey, but they all share the same goal—to compete with heart, represent our community with pride, and leave everything on the mat.

Good luck to our athletes, coaches, officials, and the incredible families who make this journey possible. Thank you to everyone who has supported these athletes along the way. Your encouragement truly makes a difference.

Let’s show everyone what Elevation is all about!

Leadership. Service. Family.

As we reflect on the 2026 AAU Taekwondo National Championship, one thing is abundantly clear—this incredible success would not have been possible without our dedicated District Chairs.

This year, AAU Taekwondo achieved another historic milestone by hosting more qualifying events than ever before and having the largest number of District Chairs actively involved in running our National Championship. Their commitment, professionalism, and countless hours of volunteer service helped create what many have called the most efficient and successful AAU Taekwondo National Championship to date.

The strength of AAU Taekwondo has never been about one person—it has always been about the leaders across the country who selflessly give their time to serve our athletes, coaches, officials, and families. We are incredibly fortunate to have passionate individuals who believe in our mission and put the organization above themselves.

When you have the right people doing the right things for the right reasons, amazing things happen. Together, we continue to build an organization that always puts our athletes first while creating opportunities for growth, excellence, and lifelong memories.

To each of our District Chairs: Thank you. Your leadership, teamwork, and unwavering dedication are the foundation of everything we accomplish. We are proud to stand beside you as one AAU Taekwondo family, and we can’t wait to continue building an even brighter future together.

AAU = Family. ❤️🥋
