📢 Gym Hours Update:

Due to the Labor Day weekend, American Fitness will be unstaffed from Saturday, 9/5 through Monday, 9/7.

Not to worry — members can still get their workouts in! The gym remains fully accessible via the 24-hour door throughout the weekend. 💪

🧘 Yoga Class Schedule:

• Saturday, 9/5: 9:15am class will still take place as usual
• Monday, 9/7: Only the 10:00am class will be held — the 6:00pm class is cancelled

We’ll be back to our regular staffed hours on Tuesday. Have a great long weekend!
