Next Level Dance Center is growing, and we’re looking for versatile and driven dance instructors to join us for our fall season!

We’re currently hiring teachers for:

👯‍♀️Recreational & Competitive programs

🩰Experienced/Advanced ballet instructors

🪩Hip Hop, Musical Theater and Tap!

Our competitive team trains at a high level, so experience in that environment is strongly preferred. 3+ years of teaching experience is required for all positions

Must be available to start no later than 5pm on weekdays

IT’S RECITAL WEEK! ✨ The wait is over and we can’t wait to celebrate an incredible Season 12 with all of our dancers this weekend. 🩵⚡️We do have classes this week Monday through Thursday!

Class of 2026 Seniors! 🎓✨

Introducing Fiona Gross! Fiona has been dancing for 14 years and competing at Next Level for 2 years. She is graduating from Bloomfield Hills High School, where she was a member of the National Honor Society, and received academic awards including Summa Cum Laude, Advanced Placement Scholar with Distinction, and University of Miami President's Scholarship.

During high school Fiona was also a member and captain of Bloomfield Hills Varsity Dance Team, as well as a member of the Varsity Golf team!

Next year, Fiona will attend University of Miami to study Business - and she'll be on the Miami Hurricanettes Dance Team!

Fiona, we love you and are so proud of you! Go Hurricanes!! 🧡

Audition season is in full swing! As we prepare to place dancers on our competitive company teams, we wanted to share a little insight into our process.

Each dancer is thoughtfully considered, and multiple factors come into play to ensure they’re set up for success in the year ahead. We’re so excited for what’s to come in Season 12! 🩵

✨ PRIORITY REGISTRATION for current NXTL families is open now! Families who register for fall classes from June 1st-14th will receive a waived registration fee as a thank-you for being part of our NXTL family 🩵

Our class sizes are limited and spots fill up FAST... enroll now to save your dancers spot and save on your registration fee!

Class of 2026 Seniors! 🎓✨

Introducing Olivia Hoegler! Olivia has been dancing for 15 years, and dancing at Next Level for 11 years! She is graduating from Seaholm High School, where she was a member of National Honor Society, SOS Club, Diversity Club, Medical Club, JOI Club, Make-Me-A-Maple Mentorship Program, and Band/Marching Band (Section Leader). Olivia was also a member of the Seaholm Varsity Dance Team, where she was awarded the Rookie of the Year and Versatility Award, as well as being a Scholar Athlete.

Next year, Olivia will attend Butler University to study Heath Sciences - and she'll be on the Butler University Dance Team!
