Open to girls with birth years of 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016, this full day clinic at the Knick in Troy NY will focus on physicality and speed. Schedule:
8am - Arrival
8:15-8:45am - Mental/motivational session
8:45-9:30am - Off-ice speed workout
10am-12pm - Ice time #1 (playing fast)
12:15-1:15pm - Lunch break
1:15-1:45pm - Hockey IQ session
2:10-4:10pm - Ice time #2 (playing physical)
