20 years. One teacher. Countless students. 🧡
Some people pass through a community. Others help build it. Erica is the second kind. She's taught the Original Hot Yoga series for two decades, most of them right here at Thrive, transforming lives one class at a time.
We asked what's mattered most. Of course, she made it about everyone else: "The students and the community at Thrive are so important to me. Some have been here even longer than I've been teaching."
And on why she keeps coming back to her own mat: "This is a yoga for real life. We have to keep breathing, keep going, and stay calm when the going gets tough."

Parents: your young athlete trains hard. But the part that keeps a body healthy for the long run, flexibility, mobility, recovery, and body awareness, is usually the one that gets skipped. 🧡
This Saturday, June 6, Jenny leads a special free hot yoga class built just for teen & tween athletes ages 10 to 18: better flexibility and range of motion, core strength and balance, lower injury risk, and faster recovery between practices and games.
Soccer, hockey, basketball, volleyball, dance, track. Whatever they play, this supports it. All ability levels welcome, no yoga experience needed, and no cost. A parent or guardian just signs a quick waiver before class.
