The smell, the feel, the look. There is nothing like a NEW court 🔥🔥🔥— it all brings a smile to our faces. A lot of work and ideas have gone into this building over the years and seeing it finally benefit the community means everything.

We are proud to announce the new addition/team to MD Sportshall: PRIDE FITNESS NUTRITION ATHLETICS.

This team consist of three amazing people: Greg Bentely (Founder of PFN Athletics, Co-Owner), Kristen Bently (Co-Owner) and Len St. Martin (Co-Owner). Together they have built a premier training center where adults and young athletes (ages 8-14) will develop strength, speed, power, balance, and confidence. All the essential tools we need to excel in sports and in life.

✔️Quick Strike Agility: sharpen footwork, balance and reaction time to help their performance

✔️Velocity Lab (speed & explosiveness): next level sprint and explosiveness training to help athletes dominate in every sprint, cut and/or jump

✔️Iron Core Strength: A safe, structured strength program for every athlete to develop a solid foundation of power, muscle and enhances performance across all sports

✔️EndureX (conditioning): build stamina, resilience and mental toughness in all athletes from start to finish

✔️NextGen Yoga: flexibility, balance and recovery work designed to improve mental focus while reducing injury risk

✔️Elite Combine Prep: advanced drills for serious competitors preparing for tryouts, showcases and college level opportunities. Test, track and elevate performance across every metric that matters
