With nearly 100 competitors in attendance, the energy, talent, and determination on display made for an incredible event. We are so proud of the effort, focus, and sportsmanship each of you brought to the mat. Whether it was your first tournament or one of many, you represented our school with confidence, discipline, and respect.

A special thank you to Rotterdam Martial Arts and Adirondack Taekwondo & Fitness Center, Inc. for participating and helping make the event such a success.

Moments like these are what it’s all about—stepping outside your comfort zone, challenging yourself, and growing stronger because of it.

What a blast at our Valentine’s Parents’ Night Out at Troy Taekwondo!

Huge thanks to our awesome kids and amazing parents — tons of laughs, nonstop energy, and so much fun. We already can’t wait for the next one! 🥋

Troy Taekwondo is closed today due to the snowfall.

We train hard, but safety comes first. Roads are still challenging in many areas, and we don’t want anyone feeling pressured to be out in conditions that aren’t right.

We’ll be back at it tomorrow .
We’re tough, but we’re smart.
