The 2026 USA Powerlifting New York State Championships will be one of the exclusive events at the inaugural Empire State Strength and Fitness Expo. 💪💪
We are expecting a hefty turnout based on demand that started right after this year's State competition.
There's 330 slots available so don't wait once registration opens. 👀👀
