🎯 What will archers actually DO at the AMP workshop?
They won't spend four hours sitting in chairs talking about the mental game.
They'll be on the range!

During AMP: Train the Mind Behind the Shot, Coach Loretta will guide participants through short teaching activities followed by live shooting, reflection, and reapplication.

Archers will explore:
🎯 Noticing before immediately judging or fixing
🎯 Practicing with a clear purpose
🎯 Recognizing where their attention goes
🎯 Using Rest • Reflect • Reset
🎯 Choosing a thoughtful next action

Then they'll put the pieces together and create a simple plan they can take back to their own practice.

🏹 NEW WORKSHOP AT RISING PHOENIX ARCHERY
Rising Phoenix Archery is hosting AMP: Train the Mind Behind the Shot, a 4-hour interactive mental-practice workshop created and taught by Coach Loretta Galea.
Archers spend plenty of time practicing the physical shot. This workshop gives them an opportunity to deliberately practice the mental side, too.

Participants will explore practical ways to:
🎯 Notice useful information from their shooting experience
🎯 Practice with purpose
🎯 Work with their attention
🎯 Use Rest • Reflect • Reset
🎯 Make thoughtful choices about what comes next

And this isn't four hours of sitting and listening. Archers will learn, experience, apply, reflect, and reapply—with plenty of live shooting on the range.

Spooktacular Open Range.

Halloween falls on a Saturday this year and won't return until 2037. Wear your costume and get 1/2 off open range rates, and access to our black lit Monster hunt. Candy included. This special offering runs 12 to 5 so you can still make your trick or treating rounds.

No reservations required. Range Pass Members enjoy this event for free as long as you are in your costume. Sorry, wearing your team jersey and going as an Archer won't count. Nice Try.
