⚽ SPECIALTY CAMP SPOTLIGHT: TRITOWN SOCCER ⚽

There's nothing quite like summer spent on the field.

Whether your child is just learning the game or already can't get enough soccer, Tritown Soccer Camp provides a fun environment to build skills, gain confidence, make friends, and stay active all summer long.

💡 Most specialty camps are half-day programs and can be paired with our Traditional Camp or Ultimate Sports Camp for a full-day experience.

The difference between players who improve and players who stay the same often comes down to what they do when the season ends.

This summer, In partnership with Trumbull United Soccer Club and AYSO Region 186 Trumbull, Tri-Town Soccer Academy is bringing the energy of a World Cup year to the field with a dynamic new curriculum designed to maximize touches, encourage creativity, and help players develop a deeper understanding of the game.

Every year we see the players who make the biggest strides in September are often the ones who put in the work in June through August. We hope you join us this summer and experience the most exciting Elite Summer Training Program we've ever offered.

ELITE PLAYER PATHWAY TRAINING GROUPS

Players will be grouped by age and ability to create the best possible learning environment.

Elite Futures (U6-U8)
Building foundations, confidence, coordination, and a love for the game.

Elite Development (U9-U10)
Mastering ball control, creativity, and attacking confidence.

Elite Academy (U11-U12)
Developing advanced technical skills, game awareness, and decision-making.

Elite Performance (U13-U14)
Preparing players for higher-level competition through position-specific training and game IQ, fitness component added into Summer Training this season.

Elite Premier (U15-U16)
High-level training focused, speed of play, leadership building, and Varsity HS Soccer training enviroment.

Coach Kyri and Skylar got asked to play for the Inter CT WPSL team and apparently they felt, "let's chose chaos"

These two went from “Insports 7v7 Coed League and some light running" to full-blown WPSL minutes overnight.

Also, one day they’re coaching the 2 and 4's at AYSO, and the next day they’re out there trying to remember how to survive 11v11 soccer after not playing it for YEARS.

Two games in and the mileage report is looking rough:

* Legs cooked
* Hamstrings screaming
* Knees filing complaints
* Recovery time measured in business days

At this point, forget dinner at Prime 111 — somebody get these women Massage Envy gift cards, compression boots, electrolytes, and a chiropractor immediately. 😂

Honestly, after watching this unfold, i may need to completely redesign the Trumbull AYSO Tykes and U4 curriculum specifically for “former athletes returning to competition.”

New advanced training stations include:

* 5-mile run around Kaechele or Ouch Game
* Followed by the 3-cone ibuprofen shuttle run and Sleeping Giant Game
* Emergency stretching while pretending you’re fine during water breaks
* Ice pack relays at the end

Those are just some of our modifications, but somehow I know, they’re still ready to get out there grinding, competing, sweating through every minute, and loving every second of it.

Seriously though, I love watching these two get back out there and do what they love. It’s awesome seeing people prove to themselves they can still compete at a high level… even if they need an ice bath, Expresso Martini and 4 Advil afterwards.

They’re honestly inspiring me to come back and play too…

Absolutely not, but inspiring nonetheless. 😂
