Your muscles rebuild on rest days β but that doesn't mean the couch is your only option.
Active recovery = low-intensity movement that promotes blood flow without adding stress to the system:

The scale tells you one number. The InBody tells you the whole story.
Our InBody machine measures body composition β meaning it breaks down exactly what your body is made of:
β Muscle mass
β Body fat percentage
β Visceral fat (the fat around your organs β the one that matters most for health)
β Body water
β Basal metabolic rate
Here's why this matters: two people can weigh exactly the same and have completely different bodies. One might be 35% body fat. The other might be 18%.
The scale doesn't tell you that. InBody does.

Here's what a Small Group Training session at Snap Rita Ranch actually looks like:
π First 5 minutes: Warm-up. Coached. Not just "go hop on the treadmill for a bit."
π Next 40 minutes: Structured work. Every exercise has a purpose. Your coach knows what you did last session and programs accordingly.
π Throughout: Coaching cues, form checks, modifications if you need them. This isn't a class where you're just following along β your coach is watching.
π Last 5 minutes: Cool-down. The part people skip when they train alone.
You walk in, do the work, and walk out with a better session than you'd have gotten on your own. That's the whole point.
