Today we’d like to introduce you to Tanya Witman, co-founder of Elements Wellness and author of Harmonic Integration: Joyfully Participating in the Creation of Your Health 🤍📚
After years in the high-intensity corporate world, Tanya and her partner Rob felt a deep pull to create something different. Something rooted in mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
With Rob’s background in martial arts and strength training, and Tanya’s work in yoga, bodywork, and counseling, plus a trusted network of wellness providers, Elements was born to serve the Tucson community in a more personalized way.
The mission is simple:
Creating a space for people to come feel their best so they can bring their best selves into their lives—and into the world.
