We are Tucson’s premier hot yoga studio just east of the University of Arizona’s main campus. We offer heated, unheated, and Hot Yoga classes in Power, Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga, Yin and more. Our classes are all-levels and available to everyone, beginners welcome.

Stillness & Sound: An Evening of Embodied Rest

Join us for an evening of embodied presence and deep inner stillness

We’ll begin with a gentle 10-minute prāṇāyāma-infused flow to awaken the body, align the breath and settle the mind. Then surrender into a 35-minute sound healing journey led by Christina . An invitation to rest deeply, attune to subtle energies and reconnect with your inner light.

Allow the vibrations to recalibrate your energy, facilitate nervous system downregulation and carry you inward toward stillness and truth.

How do you get into a headstand?

1. Start in a tabletop position and place your hands shoulder-width apart on the mat.
2. Lower the crown of your head onto the mat, forming a triangle base with your hands.
3. Lift your knees off the mat, walking your feet closer to your hands.
4. Bring one knee at a time onto your upper arms to form a tripod base.
5. Engage your core and legs, slowly extending them upward into a straight tripod headstand.
