Another TSP athlete is taking the next step! ⚾️🔥
Congratulations to Jackson Hammersmith jackson hammersmith on his commitment to continue his baseball career at New Mexico Highlands University!
Jackson’s journey is a great reminder that development doesn’t always happen in a straight line. After taking a year away from baseball, he made the decision to get back to work & joined TSP at the beginning of the summer. Through consistent training, dedication, and trusting the process, he put himself in a position to compete at the next level.
We’re proud to be part of Jackson’s comeback story and can’t wait to see what he accomplishes. The work continues. 💪⚾️
Congrats, Jackson!

Chin-ups are one of the best exercises for building upper-body strength, grip, and control. 💪 They target your back, biceps, shoulders, and core all in one movement.
Not quite there yet? Loop a resistance band around the bar and place your foot in the band for assistance. It's the perfect way to build strength and work toward your first unassisted chin-up.

Not every row has to look the same.
The bent-over dumbbell row is a great alternative to cable or machine rows. It helps build a strong back, improves posture, and develops grip strength while challenging each side independently for better balance and control.

Training isn't just about getting stronger, it's about maintaining the skills you've worked so hard to build!
Consistent performance training helps athletes stay fast, strong, and prepared so they don't lose progress during the offseason. The athletes who keep training are the ones who stay ready when the season begins💪🏻

For athletes in baseball, softball, tennis, volleyball, and other overhead sports, forearm strength plays a critical role in performance. Strong forearms help improve grip strength, control the wrist and elbow during high-speed movements, and transfer force more efficiently during throwing and swinging.
Exercises like hammer pronation/supination and radial/ulnar deviations strengthen often-overlooked muscles of the forearm, helping athletes improve performance while building resilience against the demands of their sport!

There's a difference between your average training and sports performance training.
Average training focuses on general fitness. Sports performance training is designed to help athletes run faster, move more efficiently, build strength, and reduce their risk of injury, all while improving performance in their specific sport.
It's about helping athletes become stronger, more confident, & better prepared for competition. 💪
