This is more geared toward high school athletes, but be sure you are taking care of you body in terms of diet. You can work all you want in the weight room but if you aren't fueling your body correctly your results will not be maximized. Free Clinic Alert! Anthony and Nicco are proud to be a part of the first annual Rattlers Day hosted by the Rattlers Baseball Club in Red Rock, AZ.
