🔥 CORE & RESTORE: ROUND 1 = SUCCESS 🔥

Nearly a packed house for our very first Core & Restore session with Coaches Michelle & Monica! 💪

We kicked things off with 40 minutes of focused core and posterior chain work featuring 3 pods and 9 total stations, followed by 15 minutes of recovery and restoration. Participants received hands-on guidance using a lacrosse ball to target tension and stress from head to toe, helping improve mobility, recovery, and overall movement. 🙌

The best part? Watching everyone leave feeling stronger, looser, and refreshed.

Missed this one? Don’t worry—we’re bringing it back in 2 weeks... and this time we’re adding mimosas! 💪🥂🍊
