Heads up Ajo fam!🚨

Due to scheduled maintenance on the flooring in our Spa area, our Sauna and Steam Room will be temporarily closed beginning tomorrow, Wednesday, March 11th.

We anticipate this work extending through the weekend, and, barring any complications, plan to reopen the Sauna on Saturday, March 14th and the Steam Room shortly after on Monday, March 16th.

Once we know the amenities are ready for you, we'll let you know right away! Thanks for your patience while we work to keep our amenities in tip top shape!💪

Chuze to Adopt is, once again, coming to Tucson, AZ!! We're thrilled to partner with Humane Society of Southern Arizona for the 5th year of Chuze to Adopt!🙌 Come out to Chuze Fitness Grant & Craycroft from 9-11am for pet adoptions, to meet some adoptable animals, and get more information about Humane Society of Southern Arizona and their efforts!

Oh also.... the first 30 people in attendance will get a free "Pawsitive Vibes" bandana for their animal! (No adoption needed!) We hope to see you there!💙💛

Chuze fam, meet Alyssa, our Cypress Assistant General Manager! Alyssa has been with Chuze for almost 6 years, and was part of our OG Anaheim opening crew!

"When I first started with Chuze, I was definitely a different person in regard to social confidence- I was more of an introvert than extrovert and definitely comfortable in my shell. I had no idea when I started that I would someday work my way up to Assistant General Manager, to be honest it was something that I didn’t think I could ever do. It was my amazing female leader (Bridget Cota) who was my manager (and mentor) at the time, who saw the potential, hard work and hustle that I was putting in day in and day out and encouraged me to take that next step to truly unleash my potential. She was truly my hype-woman! Because of her impact, I want to be that same motivator for my team members as well now that I am a leader."

"At my previous job, I was just a name to fill on a shift slot and got very little to no encouragement and recognition; with Chuze I finally felt like I was being seen and that my voice was being heard. Not only was I recognized but there were so many moments of genuine appreciation for me and all my efforts by my team and leaders. Knowing how crucial that energy is for an employee is what keeps me striving for being that type of leader for my team as I continue on this journey."

Meet Margarita, our Assistant General Manager in Fullerton, CA!💪 Margarita began her Chuze journey as a Team Member at our Westminster Mall location in 2019! She's worked her way through various positions at our Garden Grove, Anaheim, and now Fullerton locations!

"At our Garden Grove location I was able to find my purpose; staff development. I fell in love with training and development and being able to impact my team and shortly after I became a Shift Supervisor. Soon after I applied for the Lead Supervisor position at the Anaheim location, where I was able to learn more about how to pour into my team and expanded my emotional intelligence. I'm so proud of my growth these past years and I could not have done it without the support and guidance of my past and current leaders." 💙💛

"If I could go back in time and give my younger self some advice it would be to not be so hard on myself, celebrate the small wins and know that being vulnerable is not a weakness.
