Announcing our next Small Group opportunity. Small Groups are 4-8 spots that work together on a single focus for four hours of training for $40.

Monday, June 1 STRETCH: Flexibility and Range of Motion. Four one hour weekly classes cover the how and why of Stretch, measure our range of motion, receive stretches to benefit joints, and have a good time doing it.

Our Small Group Pilates session wrapped up this morning. Registration is open for the upcoming session, scheduled to start on Friday, March 27th. This group is designed for women of varying skill levels, combining beginning and intermediate movements. Prior experience in yoga or Pilates is recommended due to limited enrollment. Small Group Training's price remains at $40 for five sessions, an unbeatable value.
