The ideal candidate is passionate about Pilates and has a strong desire to help clients improve their fitness and overall well-being.

Responsibilities:
- Instruct Pilates classes to clients of all levels
- Create personalized Pilates programs for clients based on their individual needs and goals

Cardio, short for cardiovascular exercise, gets your heart rate up and your blood flowing. It's like giving your heart a little dance party! Not only does cardio improve your cardiovascular health, but it also helps with weight loss, boosts your mood, and increases your overall endurance. It's a win-win-win situation!
Take a Reformer Class with Donna on Mondays at 11 am and see how cardio can be incorporated into a Pilates workout.

How often should I do Pilates?

We recommend that beginners start with two to three Pilates sessions per week, with each session lasting 45 to 60 minutes. This frequency will allow you to build strength, flexibility, and coordination while giving your body time to rest and recover in between sessions.

As you become more experienced and comfortable with Pilates, you can gradually increase your frequency to four to five sessions per week. However, it's important to listen to your body and not overdo it. If you start to experience fatigue or soreness, take a break and allow your body time to recover before resuming your Pilates practice.

Remember, consistency is key when it comes to Pilates. By finding the right frequency for your individual needs and gradually increasing over time, you can reap the many benefits of this engaging and effective form of exercise.

A 6-day course providing a foundational understanding of the Gyrokinesis level 1 exercises and preparing those students interested in a path to teaching. The Pre-Training focus is on gaining experience and developing a personal understanding of this work. This 6-day course Aug 24 - Sept 1 (with a 3-day break between) is the first step in becoming a Gyrokinesis instructor, or can be utilized to deepen and broaden a personal practice
