Happy Labor Day Weekend! Please note that we will be CLOSED on Monday, September 7th for the holiday. Athletes who normally attend at that time will have a make-up session credited to their training plan.

All other training times over the Labor Day weekend will be held as scheduled, and our regular schedule will resume on Tuesday 9/8. For athletes who will be missing training during that time, please email us to let us know.
