LADIES, WE'RE BACK!!! Small Group Training at Carlson-Gracie Tucson will resume on Fridays, starting February 7 @9 AM! The cost is only $15 per month (which goes directly to the owner of the facility). Small group training is packed with 1 hour of weight lifting, metabolic conditioning, plyometrics, bodyweight movements, stretching - not to mention sweet fellowship and devotional time in God's word! LADIES! Tomorrow we got a SCARY workout that may or may not involve wearing costume accessories...Mua-haha!!!! Come join us tomorrow morning at 9 AM at Carlson Gracie Tucson for some sweaty fun! (All fitness levels are welcome!)

These chicas ROCKED this workout today! We worked on proper technique of the shoulder press (which they did amazing!) followed by an extra spicy cardio workout:
Every 2 min for 12 min
-6 DB deadlift
-6 DB push press
-6 box jumps (or step ups)

I really love this group of ladies and the diversity that's represented. We have various ages, ethnicities, fitness levels...it's so beautiful! But each lady has one thing in common: they love Jesus! I see how they encourage and cheer one another on and it just blesses my heart. If you've been on the fence about joining us on Fridays at Carlson Gracie Tucson at 9am, it's never too late.
