Train for the stage with the WP Physique Team.
We’re building our team for the OCB Sidewinder Natural — in Phoenix on October 24, 2026 — and prep officially begins June 21.
This 16-week team prep is designed for:
• First-time competitors who want guidance and structure
• Returning athletes who want a smarter, more supported season
• Lifters ready to train with intention and peak the right way
You’ll be coached by Toni Worden + the WP Team, with a strong emphasis on:
✔ In-person posing practice
✔ Structured training and nutrition support
✔ Team accountability and community
✔ Full WP presence from prep through show day
📞 Team kickoff call happens the week of January 6, so registration needs to be completed before then.
How to register:
👉 Book a call through the link in our bio to talk with Toni.
We’ll walk through your goals, experience level, division options, and whether this show is the right fit for you — no pressure, just clarity.
If you’ve been thinking “maybe someday,” this is how someday starts.

Everyone thinks the answer is to push harder. More days. More intensity. Less rest.
But if you constantly feel stuck, exhausted, or starting over… it’s worth asking if that approach is actually working. Because pushing harder isn’t always the solution. Sometimes it’s the reason progress stalls in the first place.
Recovery isn’t taking a step back. It’s what allows you to move forward without burning out.

Memorial Day workout @ 8AM 🇺🇸
We’ll keep it fun—but don’t expect it to be easy. Expect team energy, a little extra push, and a chance to show yourself what you’re made of.
Memorial Day is about honoring the men and women who gave their lives in service, and we don’t take that lightly. So we show up ready to work and make the most of the opportunity.
If you’ve got a friend who’s been thinking about trying WP, this is a great one to bring them to.
Bring a friend, bring some energy, and let’s get after it.

There’s a different kind of strength that comes with being a mom.
It’s the kind that keeps going when you’re mentally and physically tired.
The kind that shows up for everyone else—over and over again—sometimes before you’ve had a chance to take care of yourself.
It’s not loud. It’s not flashy. But it’s there every single day.
And that’s exactly why your physical strength matters. Because the stronger your body is, the more support you have for everything you’re already carrying—literally and mentally.
Lifting, carrying, bending, getting up and down, doing it all again the next day… it adds up.
Strength training makes you more capable within your life.
So when we talk about “mom strong,” it’s not just about the gym. It’s about building a body that can keep up with the demands of your life—and support you while you keep showing up for everyone else.
