Mulkerrins and Minogue Win the 2026 Angelo State Rams Handball Invitational & R48 and WR48 Pre Qualifiers
The inaugural Rams Invitational featured one of the strongest Race 4 Eight Pre Qualifiers in history, with R48 #1 Martin Mulkerrins, R48 #3 Lucho Cordova, R48 #6 Mark Doyle, and R48 #13 Diarmuid Mulkerrins joined by many of college handball’s best in the field.
Martin was clinical against his brother Diarmuid in the upper bracket semifinal, advancing to the final in two games. “I got in to serve quite a bit but kept giving Martin back wall setups off the serve,” lamented Diarmuid….

JR WPH Clinic at the 2026 Rams Invitational
JR WPH Rams Invitational Clinic Highlights
The 2026 JR WPH Rams clinic was led by Texas A&M Head Coach and WPH R48 no.1 ranked pro, Martin Mulkerrins. Race 4 Eight pros and coaches Diarmuid Mulkerrins and Mark Doyle also attended and contributed to the clinic. The clinic covered a number of topics, to include defensive and offensive shots, as well as recommendations for practicing and improving participant’s all-around game.
“It was great to have another JR WPH Clinic during a tournament in Texas, and to see the interest in learning about different shots and strategies,” stated Coach Martin Mulkerrins….

2026 Northshore Handball Tournament Wraps

Pro-circuit player Trejo, possibly the highest-ever talent showcased in Duluth, was with little doubt the favorite. With determination to win it all, he put on clinics against Miller and J.Stoffel to reach the final against an always-formidable Schiller who, in not dissimilar fashion, had defeated Kempkes and N.Stoffel. Schiller played well enough for Trejo to work hard for his points and even made him sweat but, with a scoring ratio better than 2:1, the title marched steadily into Trejo’s hands (21-6,21-11)….
