This is the Official page for Fong's Wing Chun Wing Chun Gung-Fu is an advanced and effective method of self-defense. Thus, the system bears her name.
A Siu Lum Nun named Ng Mui founded it. Approximately 300 years ago, another woman, Yim Wing Chun, learned the system under Ng Mui's instruction and developed the art further. This system includes three hand forms, one wooden dummy form, eight kicking principles, a butterfly swords form, a 6 1/2 long pole form plus the most unique exercise, Chi Sau (Sticky Hands).
