One year ago we lost Moose, he was are inspiration for BigDog Coaching and Scooby’s best friend, it’s always hard loosing a pet, little did we know that the same day a family had made the tough decision to give up there pet, 4 days later we just happened to look at a local rescue site and there was snow( now Ollie) we thought for sure he would be spoken for but fate was on are side, so we want to introduce Ollie, the best addition we could ever hope for and Scooby’s new buddy, it’s officially one year gotcha week and we couldn’t be happier.

First trip to Portugal and it didn’t disappoint, couple days of exploring by foot and almost a week on the bike, super lucky the weather cooperated and there was plenty of sunshine to warm it up during the day, never seems to be a bad road to ride when in Europe! Even got some wheel time the Viking 🇵🇹

Coaches are ready for all the goblins!

Been an amazing couple weeks for the BigDog squad, and .ian had an amazing day at , Ian with his redemption on the island going 9:11 (shaving off 30 min from 2022) and Kevin going 9:51 at his first trip to the island. Sunday at took the win in her age group, solid from start to finish and Brian took 4th, held steady until mile twenty and then picked up the pace and moved his way up, so fun watching the day unfold as everyone executed there plan flawlessly. Shout out to and for a solid day North Carolina 70.3 boys had a solid day.

Stoked to watch and .ian take on race tomorrow, BigDog crew will be sending the vibes from all over, go get it boys!
