Mason Lawyer quietly ran a 10.12 in West Regionals 1st Rd.

He did it with a LEGAL wind (+0.1) breaking record set 2 years ago by Trayvion White-Austin (10.14).

He's now all-time fastest Wildcat in both 100 (10.12) and 200 (20.02).

The senior transfer from Boise, Idaho needs a Top 12 finish in Friday's quarterfinal to advance to June's NCAA Championships at Hayward Field in Eugene, Oregon.

Lawyer recently broke Wardell Gilbreath's 200 record (20.27) at Arizona, which had stood since 1976.
