We set our foundation and now we iron out all the rough edges. Slight adjustments will come in time but for the most part we have OUR posing style (especially transitions).

NOT 2 athletes pose the same and that’s what makes your posing unique. We’ll step on stage and I know she’ll perfect this in no time 🙌🙌🙌

Apart from the accolades and everything was in between the most important for me as a coach, it’s to see the athlete develop better disciplines in their life to carry them forward to their next chapter. And Juwan did just that, from the very beginning till we hit the stage I’ve seen him mature, not only with his physique, but his mindset as well. And I know that something he’ll carry for the rest of his life. Bodybuilding isn’t just flexing your muscles and getting on a stage, it’s a self reflection that reveal who you are and who you were meant to be.

Juwan, I’m proud of you. Thank you so much for allowing me to be part of this for these past nine months. I can’t wait for the next one knowing very well you’re gonna look 10 times better. Enjoy the good food with friends and family and every single time you look at those metals and sword, realize that you overcame every obstacle to get on that stage.
