Earn extra points for doing extra things! For each additional quest, collect 10 points. Check out the new side quest board at the gym and start getting some additional points.

Our Monster Slayer program will culminate on Halloween Week, where even more points and prizes will be up for grabs! 🎃👻💀

May means one thing to our RF Powerlifting Team: Ultra Nationals in Anaheim, CA! 💪🏼

We’re so, so proud to be sending four of our hard working and dedicated athletes to Nationals this year! Our peeps have worked tirelessly for months and the Nationals stage is almost here.

We started a short blog series all about the ins and outs powerlifting to help our community follow along with our team and learn all about the sport we hold so close to our hearts (and muscles, duh).
