Ashton August is bringing back Shake It Off: A Summer Night TWERKSHOP on June 6th from 6-7:30PM. 🍑🫨

This is a playful, heart-centered experience, where you can show up and be YOU! Need to shake something off? This is your invitation to tap into the internal wisdom of your body and do just that. We'll start with a grounding, yoga-inspired warm-up to reconnect with your breath and your beautiful, capable body, then explore beginner-friendly twerk and somatic shaking techniques offered step by step and accessible to all levels.

Through a curated, feel-good playlist and supportive guidance, you'll move, laugh, and let go, leaving feeling lighter, more connected, and held in a shared sense of joy and sisterhood. 💙

Successful podSQUAD service day at Tucson Village Farm! 🌱 🧑‍🌾

Everyone showed up ready to jump into the work. We chased bunnies, weeded, planted seeds, and tilled a whole row! So much fun seeing everyone out in the sun and in the dirt doing good work together.

We loved getting our hands dirty, supporting our local farm, and connecting with the eachother outside of the studio. We're already looking forward to the next one! 💙

Big thank you to Tucson Village Farm for having us and for all the incredible work you do in our community. 🙌 Also BIG thank you to the wonderful Kelly Phu for organizing this community outing!
