Looking for more than just a place to keep your horse? Gentlemen’s Acres offers a true horse-person’s approach to boarding, training, rehabilitation, and hoof care — all in a historic, central Tucson location.
Our goal is simple: provide excellent care, exceptional facilities, and a knowledgeable, hands-on environment where horses can thrive.
🏡 ON-SITE MANAGEMENT & DAILY HANDS-ON CARE
Management lives on the property and is actively involved in the day-to-day operation of the ranch. Your horse is not simply “checked on” — we are here, present, and paying attention.
🌾 BOARDING INCLUDES:
• Feeding 3 times daily
• Up to 5 flakes of hay per day included
• Stalls mucked daily
• Water buckets/troughs filled daily
• Waterers cleaned Monday, Wednesday & Friday
• Run-in stalls or shelter provided in all pens
• Larger pens available
• A safe, horse-focused environment
🏇 ON-SITE / IN-HOUSE TRAINING
Training & lessons are conveniently available right here at the ranch, so your horse doesn't have to leave the property for quality professional instruction and development.
🩺 COMPREHENSIVE EQUINE REHABILITATION
Rehabilitation, training and hoof care services are provided by Bethany Pappani of Distinction Ranch, an Equine Rehabilitation Specialist with 30+ years of professional experience. Rehabilitation programs are individualized to the horse, with emphasis on soundness, movement, conditioning, recovery, and long-term wellness.
🦶 BAREFOOT TRIMMING & HOOF CARE
Professional barefoot trimming and rehabilitation-focused hoof care are available with an emphasis on balanced movement, healthy hoof function, and addressing the individual needs of each horse.

• Large, full-size arena
• Medium arena / turnout area
• 60' round pen
• 120' round pen
• Dedicated dressage & flatwork area
• Obstacles & cavaletti area
• Wash racks
• Multiple turnout/pen options
