Personal and Athletic Training Training is specific to the goals of the individual client. We offer 1 to 5 workouts per week, lasting 1 to 2 hours.
We focus on developing programs that improve agility,strength, core, balance, and flexibility.Our small setting provides more personal attention on our client so they can stay focused on training and not worry about the big gym setting with overwhelming crowds and machines. We give them the one-on-one attention they deserve.
