Today I was contemplating the purpose of our training. Honestly I hope that no one has to use our lessons to fight. But what I love is watching our students learn to control themselves and find their true strength. It's like magic when someone goes from a fearful insecure white belt to a confident and competent master of themselves.
I wish more people would discover what they can become.
