8th annual Lute Olson Fantasy Basketball Camp reunites former players, U of A basketball fans The 8th annual Lute Olson Fantasy Basketball Camp honors the legacy Olson left on the U of A Men's Basketball program and Tucson community.

Another great Lute Olson Fantasy Basketball Camp is in the books. First we want to congratulate our Championship Team coached by Reggie Geary and Pete Williams (this was Pete's 4th championship in 8 years). Also recognized were our four Most Inspirational Player from each team - Ralph Flores (Pete / Reggie), Kai Hsiao (AJ / Salim), John Peralta (Bennett / Donnell), and Sean Lonergan (Felecity / Matt M/ Andy). Last but not least we recognized the three campers that played all eight years - Joey Lomeli, Rylund Rippe, and Scott Starkel (his dad Bob was a camper all 8 years). The 8th annual Lute Olson Fantasy Basketball Camp began Thursday night with a Welcome Dinner at the Westward Look Wyndham Grand Resort & Spa. The camp runs through Sunday, August 24. The “Fantasy Camp” will once again, be filled with former University of Arizona players who played for coach Olson beginning in the mid-1980s. It's a big week! The Lute Olson Fantasy Basketball Camp starts this Thursday night at Westward Look for our Welcome Dinner followed by three days of great hoops competition and camaraderie at Sporting Chance Center.
