What an incredible weekend for our cheerleading and basketball teams at the Special Olympics! We are beyond proud of the heart, hustle, and teamwork our athletes showed in every event.

The person in this role is responsible for planning, scheduling, organizing and evaluating recreational and leisure programs for people with disabilities. Happy Friday afternoon Tucson Parks and Recreation, Therapeutic Recreation participants, families, and providers and Therapeutic Recreation Staff, I am announcing that I am moving on from Tucson Parks and Recreation, Therapeutic Recreation. I want to "thank " each and everyone of you for all the wonderful experiences and opportunities that I had to spend with each and everyone of you! I had the best times of my life working with all of you during my time with Therapeutic Recreation. My last day will be on September 3. Lyssa Adams and Vincent Buccini are the Therapeutic Recreation Specialists and you can reach out to them at 520-791-4504 for any of your needs.

Thank you all again participants, families, providers and therapeutic recreation staff for an amazing journey, I learned so much from all of you and my life is better as a result.
