Command Fitness is a workout program which represents military physical fitness training and was developed by a former US Navy Command Fitness Leader.
Command Fitness was developed by a former US Navy Command Fitness Leader and Chief Petty Officer in the Spring of 2009. The program is designed for individuals and teams to get an intense and effective workout within a short amount of time. The most appealing part of it is that you are competing against your own personal best and although it can be a challenging workout, you don't have to struggle to keep up with the rest of the class.
