Update from ECR - South... I'm currently operating a little more SouthEAST these days as I'm spending a year in Ocala, Florida. I am working for Empire Show Stables and have been charged with looking after two amazing Grand Prix horses and a Derby Hunter. Life is good here, although a little more humid than I'm used to! Feel free to contact me if you need me, but I won't be back in Arizona until late March/early April.

Echo Creek Ranch is offering our 900 SF casita and 4-stall barn for a one-year lease from March 2019-March 2020 (possibly longer, but a min. year-lease is required). Barn has four 12X14' matted & airy stalls with fans, each with a 14X30' partially shaded, sand paddock, 100 G Rubbermaid water tank and hay bin. There is hay storage and a grain cart for mixing feed, a nice 10X10' carpeted tackroom, concrete washrack, 90X180' lighted arena with good footing and tractor/drag. Dump trailer for manure removal provided and there is ample room to park rigs. This is a walk-in-and-start boarding or training facility. Lots of parking for haul-ins as well. You can fill it with your own horses or board out any extra stalls. (Going rate for board is $325-350/month.) The 1 BR/BA casita is newly remodeled with high-end furnishings included. It has a huge, gorgeous kitchen, gas fireplace, smart TV, and the $350 monthly utilities are PAID. Includes several fruit trees, 12X24' pool, gas BBQ, and stunning courtyard with spectacular views.
