I’m excited to officially open registration for my new 6-week wellness membership at Embrace Energy 💛
This experience was created to be more than just a workout class — it’s a space for intentional movement, mobility, strength, recovery, reflection, support, and community.
Each Tuesday we’ll move together through:

Today marks the 1 year anniversary of working entirely for myself. 🎉
Embrace Energy LLC was meant to be a side hustle — a way to do something I enjoyed on a small scale while I pursued my “real” goals.
Since its inception six years ago, I’ve worked 13 other jobs (usually multiple at once) while I watched the universe’s vision for me evolve.
Without the support from my community, my business would cease to exist. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart.
I look forward to seeing what the next year has in store for Embrace Energy LLC. 💛
