GIRLS ONLY SUMMER WRESTLING TRAINING

Looking to get a head start before high school wrestling season? Or are you already wrestling and looking to sharpen your skills this summer?

Join us for a FREE girls wrestling program focused on building a strong foundation in folkstyle wrestling while creating an environment where female wrestlers can learn, train, and grow together.

This program is open to middle school and high school girls from ALL schools. Whether you’re brand new to wrestling or an experienced competitor looking for extra mat time, you’ll have the opportunity to improve your technique, conditioning, and confidence alongside other motivated female athletes.

Hall of Fame. Still in the fight. Still building.

Former UFC bantamweight Anthony “El Toro” Birchak has officially been inducted into the Rage in the Cage Hall of Fame for his contributions to the sport, the organization, and the Arizona MMA community.

Birchak captured the Rage in the Cage Bantamweight Championship in 2011 before moving on to compete across the world’s biggest stages:

• Bellator
• MFC Champion

• RIZIN
• LFA
• Combate Americas

Beyond the cage, Anthony has spent the last 10 years building Torotech MMA into a home for fighters, wrestlers, jiu jitsu athletes, and the next generation of champions.

His resume continues to grow:
• 2017 USA Wrestling U.S. Open Champion – 77kg Freestyle
• Multiple-time ADCC Gold Medalist
• Active coach, mentor, competitor, and entrepreneur

This weekend the Torotech squad continued the tradition going 4-0 across the board.

11AM No-Gi today at ToroTech was another strong session as we continued our Lockdown Series 🔥

We reviewed our sweep chains, sharpened key Dogfight details, then moved into the Old School Sweep and how to finish with control.

We finished with live drilling from multiple Lockdown scenarios:
▪️ Knee Slice entries
▪️ Z Shield positions
▪️ Full Lockdown battles

Students were working both sides of the game — getting their sweeps, defending the Lockdown, and learning how to clear the legs under pressure.

We’ll continue this series next Tuesday at 11AM.
