Boeing 777-200 time……

During our recent trip to 🇧🇷 for a family wedding, we had the opportunity to visit which is a (Youth With A Mission) base. The base was instrumental in my wife’s early Christian life but sadly had fallen into disrepair over the years. There are now a few missionary families that are volunteering to rebuild the mission and the men and women are working tirelessly to clean, fix and restore the sprawling campus’s infrastructure. We were given an in-depth tour of the campus by Nicholas who, with his wife and son, are missionaries from Colombia and also Rodney and his wife who is Brazilian (see picture of Nicholas & son with Rodney in the apartment). I wanted to share this experience with everyone as it was pretty moving to see these families working so hard and trusting God for their daily bread. As we move in our daily lives we are bombarded by news, distractions and the pace of life, but just like a walk in the forest if you stop and listen to nature and lift a leafy there is so much going on around us! A city is no different, many times the places we drive by hide amazing stories and people making an impact. In the case of there is hard work being done and a huge impact that doesn’t require government money or some small % of public funds that arrives after political grift, no just a handful of families called by God to rebuild a campus and at the same time rebuild families and hearts!
Unfortunately there are no organizations supporting these people yet so they depend individually on support but hopefully in the future I can share some links to anyone that feels led to help in the mission. It’s also on my heart to lead a work trip to help with some of the tasks which would help immensely and also change lives here in the USA.

It cannot be understated how important the Easter rescue was for global influence. Who else values their citizen’s lives like that? I suggest that every world leader is currently being silently judged by their population……

On to the next adventure!

In my last reel I posted up that I was in and in the back of a pickup truck! Well this is why I was up to! I was visiting .hn which is an evangelical mission focused on sharing the gospel and helping the next generation of Honduran youth! It was a truly amazing time and I feel like sharing some photos with you all. If you want to support them visit Catratchomissions.com and scroll down to th bottom of the page. I also had the pleasure of meeting a team from which is an awesome program for youth just getting out of high school that want to expand their horizons. They hey arrived on the bus (see pic)

As life progresses and I move further on and further from my tactical career I’m starting to refocus on family ministry and the outdoors. So, not many posts because I haven’t had clarity on how to move forward with the tactical blog. Sell? Convert to current passions? 🤷🏻‍♂️

PSA: Some of you may have seen the term “K shaped economy” in the news lately. This is caused by socialist policies and is very common in Latin America (from personal experience). So, whenever you hear that just remember who caused it.

Watching all the hiring videos has me reminiscing on all the exciting times! This picture is of me with a seizure in Arizona back in the day. My buddy and I were allowed to explore areas that didn’t get much attention. Shortly after this picture was taken air and marine dropped a couple bottles of water and only one survived the fall. Then a Blackhawk was in the process of inserting some BORSTAR agents and detailers Texas when it had a tail strike and we ended up taking 12 hours to get off the mountain on foot. Once we arrived at the trucks we all sat in a circle and shared a single mini Gatorade. The BORSTAR agents still had their flight helmets due to the bird leaving. Lots more happened on the way down but that’s for another time lol

Jeff at sent me these awesome mags to test out. Unfortunately I haven’t had a lot of time to shoot lately but I wanted to share and ask if anyone has had any fun with them. They definitely feel great and have some nice features. As always the is my always and forever sbr.
